Zoom course
If you create an account to attend Zoom courses, you get a 14-day so called cooling-off period, provided you do not attend any course during this period. You can cancel your account within the cooling-off period without giving any reason. The purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 10 working days. There are no cancellation fees. If you joined a Zoom course, your account cannot be refunded.
The license for online exams/practice questions and tests that has been sent to your email immediately after payment cannot be taken back. This will be charged for an amount of €2,50 per hour of usage, with a minimum of €15.
Physical course (classroom and individual)
If you reserve a physical one-day course, you will be given a 14-day cooling-off period, provided the course does not take place during this period. The reflection period always expires 96 hours before the start of the course. You can cancel the reservation without giving any reason within the reflection period. The purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 10 working days. There are no cancellation fees.

Do you want to move or cancel within 96 hours?
We follow the same rules as CBR. You can only cancel or move within 96 hours if you meet the following conditions:
- A medical reason. You must then send a supporting document. For example, a copy of the doctor's statement or the hospitalization;
- In the event of a death of family. You must then send us proof. For example, a copy of the obituary or funeral card;
- You will be seconded as a soldier in the short term. You must enclose a supporting document. For example, a copy of your call for secondment or a statement from your commander;
- When your child is born on the day before the theory lesson or the day of the theory lesson. You must enclose a supporting document. For example, a copy of the birth announcement.
If one of the above situations applies to you, please contact us on WhatsApp. We will schedule a new date together.
If you don't meet the criteria above, but still want to cancel or move within 96 hours, then we offer you the following:
- You get a 50% discount on a new one-day course in a classroom.
- Your membership including the license for online exams and online courses will still be valid.
- You get 1 online one-day course for free after your membership.
- We can ship the CBR Guide + Summary to your house for free.
It's always possible to move the course to another day free of charge up to 96 hours before the start. You are allowed to reschedule the course up to two times, with the new date being no more than one month later than the original date.
Deposit
It's possible to pay a deposit of €15,-. With this, you make a reservation for the seat. The remaining balance of €84 must be settled at least five days prior to the course start date.Upon receipt of the €15 deposit, you will be granted a license that provides access to an online platform featuring exams and practice questions. Additionally, you have access to all online courses. Should you choose to cancel your seat reservation, your license and access to the online courses will be revoked. The €15 deposit is non-refundable.
House rules
Students and teachers have the right to be treated with respect. Zero tolerance of occupational aggression and violence is vital in providing a safe and healthy course and working environment. Aggressive and violent behaviour toward any student, teacher, or member of staff is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Occupational violence and aggression is any incident in which a worker is threatened, abused, or assaulted in circumstances arising out of, or during the course of, their work and includes:- Threats or other intimidating behaviours that cause a person to believe they are in danger of being physically attacked. It may involve an actual or implied threat to safety, health, or well-being.
- Verbal, physical, or psychological abuse.
- Physical attack, such as pushing, shoving, tripping, grabbing, hitting, pinching, scratching, kicking, biting, spitting, or any other type of direct physical contact.
- Aggravated assault, such as attacking with a weapon (knives, guns, clubs) or any other type of weapon (thrown object, furniture, etc.).
- Sexual harassment and sexual assault.
